Managing Director, Head of Corporate Communications, REWE Group, Cologne, Germany
In 2008, Martin Brüning became the divisional head of international communications and editorial services at the REWE Group, a major retailing and tourism and travel company based in Germany. In early 2009 he took over as Head of Corporate Communications. Previously he spent several years working for the Metro Group as head of external communications, press spokesman and communications advisor to the CEO. As a freelance PR consultant, he was involved in carmaker Opel's first sustainability report in 2002. Brüning has a degree in political science.
