Dhamotharan, Mohan

Mohan Dhamotharan is a freelance consultant, working as a trainer, facilitator and coach in the areas of transformative learning, managing for developmental results, capacity development and leadership development. During the last two decades he has implemented around 300 programs in more than 20 countries for organizations of all sectors.

Dhamotharan has written several articles and books and produced several exhibitions and videos. Over the last several years he has designed and facilitated six leadership programs (most of which run for a period of ten months) for the SNV development organization in the Netherlands, the German development organization previously known as InWEnt and the German agency for international cooperation, GIZ. The programs included more than 20 face-to-face events as well as individual coaching sessions. He is married and has four children.
