Attache for Scientific and Academic Cooperation at the Chilean Embassy to Germany
Mónica Cuevas is Science and Education Officer at the Embassy of Chile in Germany. She studied journalism and communication at Diego Portales University and received a Master's degree in political sciences from the Catholic University of Chile.
Cuevas worked as a science and education journalist in Santiago de Chile, as a consultant for the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and as press officer for scientific organizations. As part of her work at the Embassy of Chile, she is in charge of building bridges to transfer German know-how on vocational education in the framework of educational reform in Chile.
