Micevski, Igor

Igor Micevski is a lecturer at the School of Journalism and Public Relations in Skopje, Macedonia. He holds an MSc in Comparative Politics / Nationalism and Ethnicity from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is currently working on the issues of media discourse and the deconstruction of narratives disseminated through the news reports concerning inter-ethnic and inter-faith issues. From 2007 to 2012 Micevski worked as a producer for the BBC World Service in London. He was also a political editor for the Macedonian weekly, Forum, between 2005 and 2007. He earned his BA degree in comparative literature with a special focus on the "anthropological approach towards the politics of the text".
