Ogunsade, Katrin

Katrin Ogunsade studied African studies, German language and literature and cultural anthropology at the University of Cologne in Germany and the University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. After working for the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and as a freelancer for DW, she completed her journalism training at DW in 2003. Subsequently she worked for DW's Learning By Ear educational series and in the Africa/Middle East and international background services. Since 2011 she has worked as a managing editor for DW's Africa programming.
