"上访妈妈"赔偿上诉案听证结束

2012年在中国国内引发强烈震动的唐慧案有了新的进展。周二，湖南高法开庭对唐慧要求赔偿的上诉进行了听证。

（德国之声中文网）2012年8月，被拐骗后遭强奸的幼女受害人的母亲唐慧，因不满对被告的判决不断上访而被判18个月的劳教，此事引发中国公众社会的极大争议。迫于压力，在唐慧劳教数周之后将其释放。2013年初，唐慧通过法律手段要求赔偿，但输掉了官司，稍后她又进行了上诉。

周二，湖南省高级法院在其官方微博上写道，唐慧上诉案已开始听证。超过200名观众，其中大约50名记者参加了旁听。相关信息在微博上得到传播，并附有法庭听证时的照片。听证进行了4小时，结束时没有做出决定。湖南高法在微博发文说，对该听证做的决定将在今后公布。

2006年，唐慧年仅11岁的女儿被拐骗后受到强奸，之后被迫卖淫。为让绑架者受到应有的惩罚，唐慧曾在湖南高法大楼前跪请面见有关人员。唐慧也曾到北京上访。2012年6月，7名与该案有关的男子被判获罪，其中两人被判死刑，4人无期徒刑，1人获刑15年。

但唐慧认为，在这个绑架案中，警匪勾结，警方起到保护罪犯的作用，因此，相关警察也必须绳之以法。因为唐慧不停地上访，在2012年8月被判劳教，罪名是"严重破坏社会秩序，对社会影响极坏。"

获释后唐慧要求对其劳教给予1400多元的赔偿。今年4月，唐慧的诉状被驳回。

北京一家官方媒体报道称，警察局劳教事务委员会的一名负责人在上诉案出庭时向唐慧做了道歉，承认没有尽到人道责任，也没有照顾好唐慧。这名叫姜建祥（音）的警员承诺，将同当地政府进行沟通，照顾好唐慧。姜不仅是当地公安系统的负责人，同时也担任着唐慧生活的湖南永州市的副市长。中国的劳教制度允许警方对他们认为的不法公民进行最多4年的劳动改造，而对此不需任何法律程序。
