据路透社报道,中国将建立金融监管协调部际联席会议制度,负责货币政策与金融监管政策之间的协调等事务,原有的各监管机构不需出让现行职责。建立由人民银行提议的这一协调机构旨在保障金融市场的稳定,减少系统性风险。该机构由人民银行牵头,受国务院直接领导。中国多种监管机构同时并存,过去常因责权摩擦,影响企业的市场活动。
