中国东北部地区上空雾霾不散,继续困扰当地居民。在以冰雕节著称的黑龙江省会哈尔滨,连续第三天笼罩烟霾,街道能见度部分低至50米以下,学校和机场关闭。测量显示,周二(10月22日)空气中微尘浓度超过每立方米800微克,是世界卫生组织规定的可容忍标准的30倍,昨天,曾一度测得1000微克以上纪录。当地媒体指出,烟霾陡增与冬季将至、城市供暖系统启动有关。对煤炭的大量使用以及快速工业化使中国全境产生空气污染、构成健康风险,在民众中引起越来越大的愤怒。
