巴西利亞

巴西未來將把石油公司的「石油開采環境補償費」有目標地投資於教、衛領域。巴西議會眾議院當地時間周三(8月14日)晚間批准了一項法案。根據該法案,未來,相關收入的75%將投資於國有教育系統,其餘25%投資於處於窘困狀態的衞生系統。議會參議院此前已通過了該法案。一旦總統盧塞夫簽字,該法律就將生效。在過去數月的大規模民眾抗議浪潮中,向這兩個領域大筆投資是示威者的主要訴求之一。隨著巴西沿海地區原油開采量增加,石油公司繳納的環境補償費也相應增加。據官方估計,至2020年,其數額將達210億歐元。
