中國將恢復興建核電站

--FILE--The Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is under construction in Fuqing city, southeast Chinas Fujian province, 31 October 2010. Being constructed by China National Nuclear Company (CNNC), the Fuqing Nuclear Power Plant is a facility with 6 reactors, based on CPR-1000 pressurized water reactor technology. The whole construction will be completed by the end of 2017 with total investment of 100 billion yuan (US$15.05 billion). China has now 13 nuclear power reactors in operation, 25 under construction, and more about to start construction soon. Additional reactors are planned, including some of the worlds most advanced, to give more than a tenfold increase in nuclear capacity to 80 GWe by 2020, 200 GWe by 2030, and 400 GWe by 2050.

中國政府將重啟核電站興建項目,由此結束了日本福島核災難之後作出的停建緩建核電的決定。周三中國國務院在一次會議上通過了新的核電規劃。根據規劃,「十二五」時期將在沿海「安排少數經過充分論證的核電項目廠址」。根據據會議公佈的消息,中國計劃到2015年將核能和可再生能源將在能源需求總量中的比例提高到30%。去年3月福島核洩漏事故發生後,中國政府宣佈暫停審批核電項目,並對國內的核電設施進行全面安全檢查。
