Where did all the water go?

In southeastern Brazil, rainfall has hit a historic low, causing one of the worst droughts in living memory for those in the state of Sao Paulo. The drought is causing fear among locals and threatening basic access to drinking water. But this may be just the beginning of an even bigger water crisis.
