What's a healthy interval between two baths?

Dr. Lekutat‘s answer:

A warm bath is relaxing and enjoyable. It helps our muscles relax, it’s a great stress reliever, and it gives our metabolism a boost. And of course, there’s the matter of personal hygiene. But if you enjoy taking baths, you’ll want to keep in mind that we’re not fish! Unlike aquatic birds and marine mammals such as seals, human skin doesn’t have a protective lipidic film. So water can paradoxically lead to dry skin. The warmer the water, the more quickly it will dry out your skin. If you take frequent baths, one solution is to apply plenty of hydrating lotions and creams. And when it comes to hygiene, three showers a week is plenty for most people. But if you’ve been sweating heavily – for example due to physical activity – you may want to shower more frequently.
