Tapas from Turkey

Many countries in southern Europe have small traditional dishes served together or one at a time. In Turkey, they're called Meze. Chef Arto Ankaraliyan prepared three regional dishes for us: mushrooms in a mustard-dill sauce on ox tongue, a fish dish with lemon and potatoes, and peppers in yoghurt.
