Foreign geriatric caretakers for Germany's elderly

As the population ages in Germany, there is an increasing lack of caretakers for the elderly. Germany now advertises apprenticeships and jobs in geriatric care worldwide. In one pilot project, some 100 Vietnamese are being trained to become geriatric caretakers. They've been here for a year now but as it turns out, not everything is easy.
