Ukraine crash raises questions over air safety

Nearly 300 people died in the airplane crash in eastern Ukraine on Thursday and world leaders have called for a full investigation into the tragedy. Questions are also being asked as to why a civilian airline was flying over the conflict zone. Ken Thomas is with Eurocontrol, an organization involved with air safety. Helen Seeney asked him who decides whether airspace is safe or not?
