Your view: the biggest moments in the first half of the Bundesliga season

The Bundesliga has come to a close until the end of January. Bayern Munich are runaway leaders, while there's intrigue elsewhere. So, we're asking DW readers: What are your top moments so far? Get in touch!

There were so many glorious moments in the first half of the Bundesliga season. From Christoph Kramer's remarkable own goal against Dortmund to Marco Reus not having a drivers license, there are so many to chose from that we thought you should decide.

How can you not fall in love with SC Paderborn? The plucky underdogs, the rank outsiders, the newbies to the Bundesliga party. What a ride it has been for Andre Breitenreiter's team.

Sitting 10th at the halfway point, Paderborn can enjoy their Christmas treats.

Of course, there can't be any summary without Bayern Munich who command an eleven-point lead going into the winter break.

Bayern aren't the only Bavarian side to have success this season - FC Augsburg remain firmly in the hunt for a European place.

They were even third in the league before they welcomed Bayern - and the world's media.

Borussia Dortmund fans have been through a rollercoaster ride this season. They end the first half of the season second from last, but remain unbeaten in the Champions League.

In the league, there have been just one or two noteworthy moments to savor.

But generally? Probably none.
