Petra Schultz thought it was a waste to discard empty olive oil tins – especially because they are sturdy, useful and colorful. So she decided to save the tins from the trash bin and give them a new life. In 2007, she started transforming them into furniture and accessories – from stools to key hooks and magnet boards. And what’s more, the pieces are created in a unique workshop for people with mental or physical disabilities. Petra Schultz’s business idea has taken off, and now she sells her tin treasures across Europe.
