Former Liberian President, Charles Taylor was responsible for arming Si-erra Leone rebels in return for blood diamonds in a long and deadly civil war. But the scars are not the only legacy Taylor's regime has left. Plummeting diamond prices, dwindling reserves and poor working conditions are just some of the problems.
