Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama on Wednesday (22.10.2014) was due for a historic visit to Serbia - the first time an Albanian leader had visited Belgrade in 68 years. But this was postponed until November due to rising tensions - the situation heated up last week at a soccer qualifier between Albania and Serbia in Belgrade.
