Syrian women activists

In the midst of Syria's brutal war, activists are trying to peacefully transition their nation to democracy. Although women have been at the forefront of the protests, they have been largely excluded from leadership roles. As such, they often miss out on food rations. But recently, a group of women activists in southeast Turkey met to collaborate and network to change this.
