Two way flow across Syrian-Turkish border

Hundreds of thousands of Syrian Kurds have flooded into Turkey, as Islamic State fighters close in on a Syrian Kurdish enclave on the border. But not everyone is fleeing. The territory on the Turkish frontier is run as an autonomous state and is of symbolic importance in the region. Now some Kurds are crossing back into Syria to protect the land and fight IS. Dorian Jones reports from Istanbul.
