Rich and poor study under one roof in the Dominican Republic

Access to education in Latin America is still unequal, with students from high income backgrounds doing much better than kids from low-income backgrounds. That’s especially true in the Dominican Republic, where 30 percent of youths between 15 and 24 years old have not even completed primary schooling. But an innovative arts college gives poor kids the chance to get a fine arts education too.
