When Afghanistan's government told Dr Ahmad Sarmast, a former local now living in Australia, that they wanted to take him up on his offer of opening a music school, he couldn't get on a plane sooner. He founded the Afghanistan National Institute of Music, the only place of its kind in the country. Dr Sarmast spoke about why he thinks music is the best way to heal past traumas.
