Remembering Utoya

A local council in Norway has given permission for the redevelopment of Utoya, so the island can thrive again as well as being a place of reflection and remembrance after right wing gunman Anders Breivik massacred 69 young people and wounded 110 others in 2011. But there's opposition to the plans as Malcolm Brabant reports from Norway.
