Recipe for yeast-free bread rolls

Ingredients:
- 250 g wheat or spelt flour
- 200 g quark, a soft white cheese similar to fromage blanc
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 packet of baking powder (about 30 grams or two teaspoons)
- 2 tablespoons of water
Mix the ingredients and knead them thoroughly. Divide the dough into about ten portions with your wet hands and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment and bake in an un-preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
