The Emir of Qatar has just held his first official meeting with British Prime Minister, David Cameron. The meeting was a diplomatic minefield. The Emir has been accused of helping to fund terrorism in Syria and Iraq. Meanwhile the British Prime Minister has been accused of turning a blind eye to this in order to attract more inward investment from Qatar. From London Stephen Beard reports.
