Studies have suggested that work-related stress is bad for the heart. But what should you do if your boss wants a presentation right away or you have 20 clients waiting? You can't escape stress all the time. But scientists have found that a healthy lifestyle can significantly reduce the risk to your heart. Avoid smoking, obesity, physical inactivity, and heavy drinking, and your body will benefit - and not just in times of stress
