Multiethnic Brcko

Bosnia-Herzegovina may constitute a single country, but internal divisions have endured since its creation following the Balkan wars of the early 1990s. In the city of Brcko, a local administration is governing that allows ethnic Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs to share political power. Brcko may just be a model of multi-ethnic cooperation in a region wracked by strife.
