The 'India of Europe'

Portugal is the eurozone's poorest country. But there's one bright spot: The outsourcing industry. Global companies are increasingly turning to Portugal as a base for call centers and customer service hotlines because of the multilingual capacity of many of its youth. Because of this, the country is being dubbed by some the 'India of Europe.' Lauren Frayer sent us this report from Lisbon.
