Italy eliminate Germany

Thanks to two goals from Italy's Mario Balotelli, Italy have bounced Germany from the Euro 2012 with a 2-1 victory. Italy now face Spain in Sunday's final.

Mario Balotelli was the man of the match for Italy, scoring in the 20th and 36th minutes to give Italy a lead that they would not concede.

Mesut Özil scored a late penalty for Germany in injury time, but there wasn't enough time left to find the tying goal.

Italy face defending champs Spain in Sunday's final.
