Using new and old school technology to harness tidal power

Britain is currently considering building the first of a series of enormous tidal lagoons - the world's first-ever man-made energy-generating ponds combining 21st century and 19th century technology that will tap into a tidal understanding that dates back a millennium. Our correspondent Anja Kueppers reports from Swansea Bay in Wales, where the tidal lagoons are to be built.
