Happy chickens

Report: Lena Nozizwe, CaliforniaApril 16, 2015

In some parts of California one carton of eggs costs as much as six dollars. The main reason for the price hike is a new law that requires commercial egg producers to increase the size of chicken cages. Economists predict egg shortages will follow. But raising your own backyard chickens is one way to make sure you will always be able to have an omelet for breakfast.
