Artisans have crafted Italy. But this artistry, exported globally, is at risk. The 'old masters' of the manual arts are, well, old. And their craftsmanship is dying with them. Crippling Italian bureaucracy and high education costs are preventing young Italians from continuing the 'Made in Italy' tradition. Nancy Greenleese reports from Florence.
