Gasping for fresh air in Sao Paulo

Brazil has become an economic powerhouse. One with a questionable environmental track-record. A new study on air quality has found that air pollution in Sao Paulo kills more people each than road accidents, AIDS, and breast cancer combined. But as they gasp for fresh air, Brazilians are also demanding fresh answers.
