Tipping is a common practice in many countries around the world. Here in Europe, it's not as automatic and generous as in the US. In France, it's long been the done thing to tip waiters in cafés and restaurants. But a survey just published shows this tradition is dying out. John Laurenson has been finding out more in Paris.
