This week the European Environment Agency (EEA) published a report on industrial plants and what they're costing the European Union. The report looked at 14,000 facilities across Europe such as power-generating plants, refineries and steel. It revealed that damages incurred by air pollution and greenhouse gases are not only unhealthy but also expensive.
