Fashion Forward

Kerstin Görling is a fashion blogger and buyer based in Frankfurt, and she tells us what's in store for us this summer on the sartorial front -- including flat shoes, shorts and mismatched patterns.

Katie Melua Plays Unplugged

Georgian-British Singer Katie Melua shot to fame as a teenager in 2003 with her debut album and the hit song "The Closest Thing to Crazy". She now has 6 consecutive UK Top 10 studio albums under her belt but still loves the raw elements of playing acoustically. That's exactly what she just did at the Zermatt Unplugged Festival.

Saint-Malo in France

We tour Saint-Malo in Brittany in northwestern France. The surrounding coastline is one of the most visited areas in France, largely due to nearby Mont Saint-Michel. And Saint-Malo itself boasts the highest tides in Europe. And whether it's covered or uncovered with water - the Breton coast has lots to offer, including surfing and great seafood.

Timeless Beauty - Tomorrow’s Design Classics

At this year’s furniture fair in Milan, Italy presents products that may well become the design icons of the future. 2,500 designers and manufacturers are here with their creations. German design expert Mateo Kries shows us around.

The Face of Africa Germany

It's a pageant with a difference - looking to find the woman who can best represent African culture in a German context. 180 African women and women with African roots took part in the Face of Africa Germany contest, and after several preliminary rounds 20 of them made it into the final. Euromaxx was there in Berlin to see who took the crown and why.
