With its plentiful sun and strong coastal winds, Morocco is a fitting choice for solar and wind power. That’s why the kingdom plans to increase its share of renewable energy. The goal, according to King Mohammed VI, is for his country to get 42 percent of its energy needs from renewables by 2020.
