À la carte: Yorkshire Pudding

A traditional British roast dinner usually consists of meat, vegetables and Yorkshire Pudding. We're at the Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate in North Yorkshire, where one of the hotel's chefs, Matthew Wilkinson, prepares the savory side dish for us.
