Zuma visit fails to secure Libyan ceasefire

NATO launched air raids on the Libyan capital Tripoli on Tuesday - a day after South African president Jacob Zuma was on a mediation mission to the country. Zuma said Moamer Gaddafi had accepted an African Union plan for a ceasefire but said said it must include an end to NATO strikes.
