Voting is underway here in Germany in two key regional elections. In one of the votes -- in Lower Saxony -- chancellor's Angela Merkel's CDU party looks likely to score a comfortable victory. But, further south. -- in Hessen -- the conservatives have a real battle on their hands, with controversial State Premier Roland Koch fighting to hold on to power.
