Vladimir Putin Victorious in Russia's Presidential Election

Russians are voting an election that is all but certain to result in a victory for Vladimir Putin. Analysts expect him to swap places with current President Dimitri Medvedev. The opposition says the race between five Kremlin-approved candidates won't be free or fair.
