AMRITA European Union finance ministers are in Brussels to discuss ways to strengthen confidence in the Euro. Economic affairs commissioner Oli Rehn said Euope has reached a critical phase in response to the debt crisis. MONIKA On Tuesday Eurozone finance ministers agreed to boost their rescue fund --basically tripling the amount of money available to help troubled economies. The big question is: where is the money to come from??? EU ministers are considering asking the IMF for help.
