A burger grown in a test tube, which cost more than a quarter of a million euros, will undergo the taste test on Monday. It was grown in a laboratory at the University of Maastrict in the Netherlands. The burger is not a meat substitute, it's the real thing. The research team behind it, says it will satisfy the growing appetite for meat and combat climate change. Stephen Beard reports.
