#World leaders are gathering in Lisbon for a NATO summit aimed at charting the alliance's path over the next decade. They're expected to discuss a wide range of issues from a missile defence shield with Russian support to the war in Afghanistan. The US says NATO forces there should be ready by next year to start turning security over to Afghan troops.
