Opel's new owner Magna plans to re-structure the company. Where and how many jobs are going to be cut?

The German government has provided four point five billion euros to help keep ailing car maker Opel alive. Now, the European Commission says it will scrutinise the generous aid package to make sure the financial support was not coupled with political demands to protect jobs at German plants, putting non-German Opel factories at a disadvantage.
