Literature in Leipzig- the world famous book fair throws open its doors

The Leipzig Book fair opens its doors today. For four days, more than 2000 exhibitors will showcase works from 39 countries. This year the 45,000 euro book prize will go to Hungarian historian, Gyorgy Dalos for his work about the end of dictatorships in eastern Europe.
