And staying in Germany - the country's highest court has ruled that 130-thousand asylum seekers are entitled to higher monthly payments. The decision answers a suit which challenged the current allowance - in place since 1994. The German court finding comes as many Eurozone nations slash social services in response to the economic downturn and shrinking budgets.
