Former British prime minister Tony Blair has been defending his controversial decision to invade Iraq in 2003 at a public inquiry in London. He told the five-member panel that he believed "beyond doubt" that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. Blair's appearance at the inquiry has been much-awaited.
