Local elections this weekend in Belgium are about much more than they usually would be. In Antwerp, for instance, if the nationalist politician Bart de Wever becomes mayor, he'll kickstart a campaign that could end in the breakup of the country - into a Dutch speaking Flanders and a French speaking Wallonia. The language issue is a dominant issue in campaigns. James Panichi reports.
